1. Perform a Power Cycle on the TV

When you power-cycle your TV, you cut off its power manually, discharge it from any residual static charge, and then turn it ON normally again.

This action can clear any temporary software or hardware glitches, as well as reset the TV’s internal circuits and components, which frequently resolves a wide range of issues.

Here’s how to perform a power cycle on your Samsung TV:
