  • You will see a prompt showing something like, “Your account is currently deactivated. You have 29 days left to reactivate your account before it’s deleted. Do you want to reactivate your account?” Click on Yes.

  • Enter your username and password (NOTE: Do not use your email address as email, you must use your actual username). Click on Login.

  • After that, you will see another prompt showing, “Your account is currently being reactivated. Please, wait a few moments and try again.
